【返品・返金ポリシー】

お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
ただし、万が一お届けした商品に「破損・汚損」または「ご注文と異なる商品」があった場合は、商品到着後3日以内にご連絡ください。
速やかに交換または返金対応をさせていただきます。

以下の場合は、返品・交換をお受けできませんのでご了承ください：
 • お客様のご都合（サイズ・イメージ違い等）による場合
 • 商品到着後4日以上経過した場合
 • 一度ご使用になられた商品
 • お客様のもとで破損・汚損が生じた場合
 • タグや付属品を紛失された場合

返品・返金にかかる送料は、不良品・誤配送の場合を除き、お客様のご負担となります。

【Return & Refund Policy】

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences.
However, if the delivered item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
We will respond promptly with a replacement or refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
 • Customer reasons such as size or image differences
 • More than 4 days have passed since delivery
 • Items that have been used
 • Items damaged or soiled by the customer
 • Items missing tags or accessories

Shipping costs for returns or refunds will be borne by the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
